For sale beautiful vintage Epiphone Blackstone archtop guitar. Made in N.Y., 1949, serial 58778. Guitar have repaired 4 inch crack under tailpiece by professional conservatory luthier. Tailpiece was changed to old frequensator, tuners was changed to 70' Grovers. Neck is straight, truss road works fine, frets are in perfect condition, almost unplayed, pickguard is missing. Guitar plays perfect and sounds wonderful, comes with period correct Lifton hard case.

This is an early-mid 60's (serial # 090910) Epiphone Frontier model # FT110 made in Kalamazoo MI. It's in all original condition. Shows lot's of finish checking, scratches, paint chips, etc most of the wear is typical of a guitar this old. There are three cracks below the bridge, two extending to the rear binding one extending two inches above and below the bridge. They seem stable actually, you could probably leave them alone but the crack under the center seem split should probably be cleated. There is about an inch of binding from the bottom missing so that needs to be replaced. The frets are still good and the neck is straight. The string height is 9/64th at the 12th fret and I think this should have a neck reset. So it really doesn't need that much done to it to get back into shape. The nut is a bit about 1 9/16ths, the neck has a comfortable thin C profile. Comes with a chip board case. Don't worry i'll pack this up well with bubble wrap, packed in a proper acoustic guitar box. Actual item pictured below.

Gibson MK-35 Natural Acoustic Guitar
Serial No #470036.
Stamped factory "Second" on back of headstock (that previous owner tried to scratch out and refinish?)  Replaced tuners.  Slight hump in lower bout. Medium play wear with checking and scuffing overall.  Mild belt buckle rash/dings on back.   Headstock tips have small dings.  Body has various nicks and scratches and one large dent/ding on front in finish (see all pics below).  Used gigbag included.  Overall Condition: G+

From my research, I am selling a late 1940's Epiphone Broadway Archtop. It's either a 1947 or 1949. I've inherited from family and don't know to much about the guitar. No case or pickguard. I do not play it and would love to sell it to some one who will. Needs some TLC.

 Here we have a very nice Ephiphone Texan from 1966 according to the serial number 380xxx Made in the USA in the old Gibson plant in Kalamazoo, Michigan

No structural issues, no cracks, no resets or none required. Frets look like they have some life left in them.

This is a very beautiful example that remains unmolested except for the added straplock on the heel. Comes with a soft case.

Has the MOST gorgeous sunburst i've seen on a Texan. Stamped second, for a blemish that is now covered by the natural relicing of the years.

1967 Epiphone Texan serial number 096595.  I have been told it could be a '62 or '63 since the number series repeated but I'm calling it a '67 to be on the safe side.  It's all original and in good condition and sounds great!  The bridge saddle is non adjustable and it should be adjustable, so it was changed somewhere along the line.  Another thing thats different with this Texan, it doesn't have the oval inlay in the center of the headstock like most other Texans have.  The neck is a slim profiled neck with fairly low action that plays really easy but still has a big sound.  The top is starting to get a recess or dip on the high E side between the bridge and pickguard, there are no cracks in the top, but at some point in the future it may need a new backing plate to pull the dip out.  I tried to take a photo of that spot but it is hard to see it.   My listing price reflects the fact that this guitar may need some professional attention in the future, but by the same token it is not a beater project!  It plays and sounds great as is a clean original guitar with only minor playing wear.  Included is the GIBSON chipboard case that came with the guitar.
