construction methods and features with premium all
solid tone woods to bring you a new "vintage"
instrument with deep rich lows, shimmering highs
and just the right amount of mids. The DR-500MCE features a solid Sitka Spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides and adds the two-source eSonic2 System electronics, blending magnetic and piezo pickups to capture all of the instrument's natural warmth and dynamics.
This guitar has never been played! It is lightly stamped "used" on the back of the headstock. This designation means the guitar has a minor cosmetic blemish. It is a completely playable instrument with no sacrifice of tone, structure, or playability. This particular guitar has a tiny dent on the top of the body, another on the side, and a third on the back. These are each very shallow and no larger than the tip of a ballpoint pen. I have included a close-up photo of each. Otherwise, this guitar is in flawless condition!
This guitar has an excellent neck and plays very nicely without any fret buzz. The cutaway enhances the versatility and playability of this intrument, providing easy reach to the upper frets. The eSonic2 preamp has a built-in chromatic tuner and features two input sources with the option of blending the signals or utilizing individual strereo outputs.
The Masterbilt case is brand new, has a built-in hygrometer to monitor the humidity in the case, and ships with a humidifier for the dry spells.
