Welcome bidders, you are looking at the 1947 Epiphone Triumph Archtop Acoustic! Serial #: 56679 on the New York Epiphone F-hole tag! The Triumph was designed at the height of the big band era and was immediately taken to by players looking for an exceptional axe! The Triumph was built with the same materials, scale length, & body design of the upscale Broadway! Thus, it delivers that same gorgeous vintage tone and playability! The solid spruce top combined with the maple back & sides gives this beauty exceptional articulation! The larger width 17.375" body gives it great low end repsonse! What you end up with is an extremely balanced tone with awesome projection! The soft V profile is incredibly comfortable! The Frequensator tailpiece has a small fracture and was replaced, one of the machines was missing the head and was replaced- but both the original machines and tailpiece are included in the case! The original pickguard disintegrated and was replaced. There are some hairline splits on the back- these can be repaired easily by a luthier. The frets are exceptionally clean and the neck is straight- this baby plays like a dream! The binding is tight and the logo and inlays are perfect! This auction includes the original hardshell case! This is your chance to get your hands on a gorgeous piece of Epiphone history! 2. For your protection, and ours, we ship everything fully insured. International orders over $650 please add $20 for full USPS insurance.

3. Please pay within 48 hours of auction end- we are very accomodating- if you have a problem- please contact us.

4. If an item is damaged in shipping- please keep all packing materials and contact us immediately so we can file a claim.

6. Unfortunately, we can no longer ship to the Russian Federation due to a high rate of theft.

7. Due to new USPS guidelines- certain countries will not accept USPS packages over 42". If that is the case, we can remove the neck or, if it is a set/neck-thru we can ship Fedex International for an additional charge.

8. Flat rate shipping is for continental USA only- all other territories will be calculated.

9. We cannot reduce the shipping value to your country- please don't ask.

10. NY residents to pay sales tax- we don't 'charge' it- we just 'collect' it...
