You are bidding on a beautiful Epiphone Masterbilt DR-500M with a gloss top. The Masterbilt series have absolutely amazing tone and playability and this one is no exception. Solid spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides. Epiphone Masterbilt guitars are built to such great specifications that they rival overly expensive "higher-end" guitars. The DR500M is crafted with a solid, mahogany body and topped with solid sitka spruce providing both warmth and character that only gets better with age. A rosewood fingerboard on a mahogany neck provide smooth playability

What else should I know? We hand select and personally test each guitar we receive. That's right we never let a guitar go out the door without testing it first. As a matter of fact each instrument is inspected 6 times to ensure quality. It is part of our commitment to our customers. We get our guitars from a national supplier of unowned and unplayed instruments. Due to minor imperfections or factory overstock, they are stamped used or 2nd on the back of the headstock. This stamp is to prevent unathorised warranty claims. This in no way affects the sound or playability of these fine instruments. As a matter of fact they are normally set up better this way as our distributor goes through each instrument before it leaves the factory.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
We accept crdit cards through ProPay. You will have the option at checkout to use one of your major credit cards.
Due to fraud we have had to tighten our Paypal payment policies. All payments made through Paypal MUST be to confirmed address within 3 days of the auctions end. Please send Paypal payments to ebay@bsideguitars.com. Please contact ebay@bsideguitars.com us with any question.

We primarily ship via Fed ex, UPS for instruments and will use USPS for smaller items such as strings or international shipments. Please specify a street address when making your payment. Most order ship within 24 hours of payment. Although these are the normal procedures we do reserve the right to use any shipping service.
 In most cases internationally we do use USPS if you are concerned with shipping method for an international order please email us any questions.

We want you to be happy. We do our best to describe our products in our auctions so there are no surprises when your item arrives. If for any reason you are unhappy please email sales@bsideguitars.com. We will do our best to remedy the situation in a timely manner.

Damaged product
If you recieve an item that was damaged in shipping please contact sales@bsideguitars.com immediately. Please keep all packaging materials. Damaged Items MUST be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Return Policy
Bside Guitars offers a 15 day refund/exchange program. If within 15 days of receipt of your product you would like to return your item please email sales@bsideguitars.com, with a subject line RMA#. We will respond to you with your Return Authorization # and the return address. Upon receipt of your item (item must be in same condition as when you recieved it) the item price will be credited back to you (minus shipping and handling). The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost back, unless the item was damaged in shipping in which case we will contact FedEx to get a call tag for you.

International Shipping:
Please note we are happy to ship to many international locations(unless specifically specified on specific listing). The buyer is responsible for all fees, duties and taxes that are associated with international shipments.
